A place to love and be loved

After I graduated from diploma Forestry - Ecotourism in Bogor Agricultural University 18 October 2011, I decided to continue my studies again to pursue an undergraduate at Pelita Harapan University. UPH is a campus with international standards in terms of facilities and education. My major is Travel Industry Management because there is connectivity between my previous department in IPB, although it is different faculties

UPH always held UPH Festival to welcoming new students before they actually enter the world of college. UPH Festival 20 Rich Higher event held very majestic on August 21 to August 24 2013, there is the beginning of my story with my friends at Travel Industry Management begins. Get to know each other and the struggle began

In the first semester, I learned about The Introduction of Accommodation and Restaurant, Geography Indonesia Tourism, Ecotourism Study, Indonesian Culture, Introduction to The Science of Tourism, English for Communication, Character Education, Leadership, Applied Logic, and Academic Skills. Each subject studied and practices to support the learning process

In the course of Ecotourism Studies, I have done the tourism practice Conservation in Marine National Parks in The Thousand Islands. There we see The Hawksbill Turtle Conservation, Planting Mangroves, Coral Reefs Transplantation, Captive Eagle Bondol, Snorkeling, Captive Sharks, Hawksbill Turtle Conservation, Planting Mangroves, Coral Transplantation, Captive Eagle Bondol, Snorkeling, and Breeding Sharks

In the course of Indonesian culture, I have done the traditional Balinese dance practice. Me and some friends of my group regularly doing exercise Pendet dance, so when we performed at The Café of Art in Food Junction UPH we all can show the best dances that we can

I also have been to TMII to see the diverse provinces in Indonesia with various cultural uniqueness

I also followed learn to cook with one of the famous restaurants that Nanny's Pavillon at UPH

In the first semester, I should be treated in the hospital because of typhus and I was very happy when some of my classmates saw me to the Siloam Hospital

In the second semester, I learned about The Geography of International Tourism, MICE, Fundamentals of Management, Etiquette Protocol, Psychology Services, Basic Accounting, Religious Education World, English Language, and Sport & Wellness. As usual, each semester we definitely did practice to support the learning process

In the course of MICE, we become part of Event Hospitour 2014. Mam Yusti as a lecturer of MICE give credence to me to be Coordinator of Community Service and my friend Steven Sukmana entrusted to become chairman of The Guiding Competation. Two of these activities are part of Event Hospitour 2014 organized by The Department of Hotel and Travel

We also practice go to Cirebon, to get to know The Culture of Cirebon

In the course Etiquette Protocol, we did practice about Rules of Table Etiquette in French and how to dress with a good fit according the place and conditions

In the course of Religious Education World, I have done practice to visited Pura dan Vihara, and has conducted interviews with the religious leaders

I also have followed the Entrepreneurship Seminar with Daniel Mananta at UPH

In the third semester, I studied Galileo CRS, Reservations, Tourism Statistics, English for Tourism Industry, Sport and Recreation Tourism Management, Accounting Trip Travel Industry, Indonesian Languages, Civic Education, Introduction to Aesthetics and Art

In the course of Introduction Aesthetics and Art, I have done practice face painting and dancing with my group of friends

In the fifth semester, I have studied POPW 2, Theory and Practice Guides 2, Tariffs and Documents pasasi 2, English Profession 2, French Language 1, Ground Operations System, and Ethics. Same like fourth semester, in the course POPW 2 and Theory & Practice Guides 2 did a lot of practice activities..

I joined a group BLUME as Coordinator of Event Division. We create a package tour Bandung - Lembang, Named Fundrenaline at Tree Top. Alhamdulillah..what we have prepared for this tour package we all can did according to the plan :p
